Black Tie Luxury Transportation collects only the information needed to respond to ride requests, plan requested transportation, and communicate with prospective and confirmed customers.
Information we collect
When you submit a ride request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup location, destination, requested date and time, service type, and any other trip information you provide.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you, confirm availability and pricing, coordinate transportation, and provide customer service. We do not sell your ride-request information.
Form processing
Website requests are processed by Formspree, which transmits the information to Black Tie Luxury Transportation by email and stores submission records for the account. Formspree may also process technical information for security and spam prevention. Review Formspree’s Privacy Policy for details.
Retention and deletion
We keep request information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. To ask that your information be corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below.
Requests are not confirmations
Submitting the website form does not create or confirm a reservation. Antonio will contact you directly to confirm availability, itinerary details, and pricing.
